Biography

Richard Wayne concentrates his litigation practice in federal and state court. The types of matters he focuses on involve general business disputes, securities fraud litigation, shareholder derivative litigation, investor/broker disputes, product liability, litigation, healthcare litigation, consumer fraud litigation, construction related litigation, class action and complex multi-district litigation. Rick is actively involved in FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) arbitrations and mediations, representing both brokers and financial securities companies.

He also represents corporate and individual clients in connection with a variety of business and legal issues. This portion of his practice involves providing counsel to a variety of businesses which includes: brokerage and financial services firms, design professionals, physicians, a regional paper product distributor and a company providing products to the automotive industry.
