Strauss Troy Attorney John Fischer was a contributing editor to the multi-volume Sixth Edition of The Developing Labor Law and to its just published 2014 Cumulative Supplement. The Developing Labor Law, published by Bloomberg-BNA, is the preeminent advanced text book on labor law. In addition to representing the firm’s clients full-time in management-side labor, employment, litigation and human resources matters, John serves as a regular contributing editor of three other books that are well accepted as the most authoritative on the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family & Medical Leave Act, and OSHA law.
