Strauss Troy owns and operates two high-volume title agencies: Security Title and Guaranty Agency in Cincinnati, Ohio, and Riverview Title Agency in Covington, Kentucky. We handle residential and commercial real estate and title insurance transactions. Our focus is to efficiently resolve and cure title problems and other obstacles to get the deal closed. And we’ve been doing that successfully for more than half a century.

Closing Coordination
You can count on us to efficiently prepare accurate closing documents, review surveys and disburse closing funds in a skilled, friendly and professional manner.
Escrow
We serve as escrow agents and manage earnest money escrow accounts, post-closing escrow accounts, and other pertinent documentation.
Document Recordings
We calculate the recording fees and transfer tax, record documents as needed and return a dated-stamped copy and the original, for your records.
Judicial Title Reports
We can provide Preliminary Judicial Reports or Commercial Judicial Commitments to foreclosing lenders.
Policy Retrieval
Our title policy retrieval team can assist you in obtaining duplicate original replacement title policies and title policy endorsements.
Construction Loan Draws
We coordinate title updates, issue construction draw title endorsements and disburse funds for commercial construction projects.
Survey Ordering
Our closing agents can put you in touch with surveyors and engineers to assist you with land surveys or engineering studies for your real estate transactions.
