Extends Lease Through 2019
CINCINNATI, OH – Since its founding nearly 60 years ago, Strauss & Troy has been committed to downtown Cincinnati. Today, firm President James Heldman announced that the law firm has reached an agreement with the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland to extend its lease at 150 E. Fourth Street, Cincinnati, Ohio, through 2019.Strauss & Troy is the largest tenant with more than 37,000 square-feet on the fourth floor of the building. In 1999, the firm invested in a significant interior design and renovation project when it moved into the space. The firm also has offices in the RiverCenter complex in Covington, Kentucky.“We are proud to renew our commitment to downtown Cincinnati,” Heldman said. “This space is in the heart of the downtown business district where major clients, banking and business centers are located.
