Strauss Troy Announces Four New Shareholders
Strauss Troy is pleased to announce that four of its associate attorneys have been elected as shareholders.
Ryan Hemmerle is a member of the firm’s Corporate/Business and Litigation practice groups, focusing his practice on creditors’ rights, commercial workouts and restructuring. He advises and represents financial institutions in a broad range of litigation matters including the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), and the United States Bankruptcy Code.
Jeff Levine is a member of the firm’s litigation and corporate practice groups. He has a reputation for the successful representation of clients in commercial litigation (including contractual and shareholder disputes), as well as transactional matters (including the creation and acquisition of various businesses). Jeff is also one of the only local attorneys with a niche practice in property valuation appeals.
Courtney Suhre focuses her practice on family law, divorce/dissolution, and custody matters. Understanding the complexity of family law, Courtney provides compassionate advocacy in matters dealing with divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, property division, and adoption.
Carrie Waide is part of the firm's Domestic Relations practice group where she is experienced in negotiation, mediation, collaborative law, trial practice, and appellate practice. She served as Magistrate at the Clermont County Court of Domestic Relations for several years and her experience on the bench gives her a unique perspective in advising clients in both litigated and collaborative matters.
Congratulations to Ryan, Jeff, Courtney and Carrie.
