Strauss Troy Hosts <br>Institute For The Global Practice Of Law

Monday, September 24th, Strauss Troy will host a session of the Institute for the Global Practice of Law at the University of Cincinnati College of Law. Designed for lawyers from outside the United States, the program focuses on sharing insights on U.S. law and international business. It provides opportunities to forge and strengthen professional ties with U.S. law firms and companies. Strauss Troy Attorneys Richard Wayne and Joseph Braun will lead a session on the US Judicial System and Civil Litigation.The attorneys will provide an overview of the U.S. court system, civil litigation, pleadings, discovery, trial preparation, jury selection, trials and much more.The fall program is composed of 15 attorneys from the Beijing Lawyers Association.Rick and Joe along with Strauss Troy’s President Jim Heldman also hosted a session this summer.[caption id="attachment_1298" align="alignright" width="240"]
