Biography

As a member of the firm’s litigation group, Alex Rodger’s practice focuses on a wide range of complex commercial and business litigation including class action defense. He has extensive trial experience, having tried jury and bench trials involving a variety of legal issues.

Alex has been recognized for his advocacy by Super Lawyers and the Ohio State Bar Association. In 2015, Alex was one of two lawyers in the state of Ohio to receive the prestigious Rising Litigator Award presented by the members of the litigation section of the Ohio State Bar Association. Alex has been recognized as a Rising Star in Business Litigation by Super Lawyers in 2019, 2020, and 2021.

Prior to attending law school, Alex attended Pepperdine University and was a member of the Men’s Golf Team. He began a successful professional golf career upon graduation, playing all over the world and earning seven professional victories. Following his successful professional golf career, Alex attended the University of Cincinnati College of Law. While in law school, he was a nationally ranked mock trial competitor. He was also on the Dean’s List and the recipient of the ALI-ABA Scholarship and Leadership Award, as well as the John W. Peck Award for Trial Advocacy.
