
Austin M. Tinsley
Biography
Austin Tinsley focuses his practice on commercial and residential real estate transactions; real estate development; commercial and residential leasing and financing; title defense litigation; general corporate and business law; and non-patent intellectual property. He has experience working with clients working in all parts of the real estate industry, whether they are buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, lenders, borrowers, developers, or title companies.
Austin’s goal is to provide diligent, efficient, and cost-effective services for his clients, helping them navigate wisely through all their legal concerns to build a trusted relationship that supports all their future endeavors.
Austin graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2022 and is licensed to practice law in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. During law school, Austin worked with the Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic (ECDC) and Patent and Trademark Clinic (PTC) at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he developed a passion for assisting small business owners in the Greater Cincinnati community with matters such as entity formation, business agreements and operations, and intellectual property matters such as trademark registration and copyright and data protection.
He is an experienced musician, who performs regularly with a local band and on the worship team at his church; avid birder and hiker; and loyal fan of the Indiana Pacers and Indianapolis Colts.
