R. Austin Stevenson
Biography
Austin Stevenson focuses his practice on corporate and business law, mergers and acquisitions, and other opportunities and challenges businesses and companies face during their life cycle. He regularly advises buyers and sellers of companies of all sizes and across multiple industries, and regularly advises clients on a range of business topics from entity formation, operating agreement drafting and negotiation, contract drafting and review, and other business matters. He also assists businesses and business owners with other questions their business may face such as succession planning, zoning, licensing, non-compete agreements, employee issues, and other day-to-day business issues. Austin also has spoken to multiple groups and taught on the topic of the Corporate Transparency Act. Austin also advises individuals with respect to their estate plans.
Originally from Wheelersburg, Ohio, Austin earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from NKU and his law degree Magna Cum Laude and Order of the Coif from the University of Kentucky College of Law. He currently lives in Covington with his wife, and is an avid golfer, runner, and a fan of both UK and NKU athletics.
