Carrie R. Waide
Biography
Carrie R. Waide returned to private practice after serving as a Magistrate at the Clermont County Court of Domestic Relations for several years. Her experience on the bench gives her a unique perspective in advising clients in both litigated and collaborative matters. Carrie takes time to understand her clients’ goals and interests to help generate creative solutions to their family issues. Carrie is experienced in negotiation, mediation, collaborative law, trial practice, and appellate practice and is able to assess the needs of each individual client to determine an appropriate course of action to reach the best possible outcome for the client and their family.
Carrie received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Women’s Studies from Kansas State University in 2010 where she graduated magna cum laude. Carrie earned her J.D. in 2013 from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. While in law school, she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Board and served as the Intramural Competition Director, and volunteered as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA).
Carrie was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in November 2013 and in Kentucky in May 2014.
