Margaret E. Cunningham
Biography
Margaret E. Cunningham (“Margie”) represents individuals, real estate investors, developers, and lenders in real estate transactions and related areas. Her practice is primarily focused on commercial real estate transactions, title insurance, contracts, easements, subdivisions, condominiums, zoning, probate, and general real estate litigation related to curing title defects. Margie also works with lenders participating in the U.S. Small Business Administration Loan Program. Margie is licensed to practice law in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana, in federal and state court. She is also a licensed title agent in Ohio, serves as a title agent in Kentucky and operates one of the firms two title companies.
Her experience representing clients on all sides of a real estate transaction, coupled with her real estate title experience, particularly her experience curing title defects, provides her with the insight necessary to understand and advocate for the needs of her clients, as well as the ability to collaborate in order to efficiently and effectively resolve obstacles that may arise during a real estate transaction.
Margie resides in her hometown of Ft. Thomas, Kentucky with her husband and two children where she is actively involved in the community. She serves on the board of the Ft. Thomas Forest Conservation and the Ft. Thomas Athletic Boosters. She is also a member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), Greater Cincinnati where she serves on the membership committee and received recognition for the CREW 2021 Deal of Year.
