Rachel N. Blumberg
Biography
Rachel Blumberg focuses her practice on tax, general business and corporate law, and estate planning. Her experience includes corporate organization structuring, tax-free reorganizations, ESOPs, contract negotiations and drafting, mergers and acquisitions, and private entity formations. Rachel assists clients with their estate plans such as drafting wills, powers of attorneys, living wills, family and charitable trusts, and business succession planning.
Rachel graduated Summa Cum Laude from Thomas More University in 2021, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Economics. She then graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2024 from Northern Kentucky University Chase College of Law where she earned her J.D.
During law school, Rachel served as an editor on the Northern Kentucky Law Review, Secretary of the Student Bar Association, Vice President of the Disabled Law Students Association, and as assistant to the executive director of Northern Kentucky Bar Association.
She was awarded the 2024 “Santen & Hughes Tax Award” from Chase College of Law and volunteers as a tax preparer through the VITA program. Rachel is an active member of the Northern Kentucky Bar Association, serving on its Lawyers Living Well Committee.
Originally from Loveland, Ohio, Rachel now resides in Northern Kentucky. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys hikes/walks with her dog, reading, socializing, and playing sand volleyball.
