ERISA Attorney with portable book of business
Qualifications:
- The ideal attorney will have a portable book of business and a minimum of five years of experience in employee benefit plan matters, health and welfare benefit plans, and qualified retirement plans.
- This candidate should have experience in handling employee benefit plan clients regarding administrative and operational issues; ERISA claims, Affordable Care Act compliance, tax and other regulatory compliance; fiduciary issues; investment issues; plan design and drafting; plan qualification; general consultation; as well as handling benefit plan-related litigation, withdrawal liability, etc.
- Must have a JD from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Ohio bar. Being licensed in Kentucky and/or Indiana is a plus.
